J.D. Power and Associates Smartphone Customer Satisfaction Survey

According to a recent J.D. Power and Associates survey the BlackBerry ranks below the industry average when it comes to user satisfaction.  Out of a possible score of 1000 points across 5 categories,  the BlackBerry scored 737 pts, 27 pts behind the industry average placing it 4th on the list behind HTC with 781 pts, Samsung with 791 pts, and Apple, first on the list with 800 pts.
